By accessing or using GeoCheckr ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free-tier users and paid subscribers.
GeoCheckr provides AI search visibility analysis tools. The Service analyzes publicly available web content to generate GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) scores, recommendations, and reports. The Service is accessed via our website at geocheckr.com.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice to paid subscribers.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account.
You may not create accounts through automated means or for purposes of abusing the Service (e.g., bypassing rate limits, scraping, or reselling access without authorization).
Plans. The Service offers free and paid subscription plans. Features and limits for each plan are described on our pricing page.
Billing. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Creem. You authorize Creem to charge your payment method on the agreed billing date.
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Price Changes. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice via email. Continued use after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
The Service, including its code, design, scoring methodology, and branding, is the proprietary property of GeoCheckr. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without written permission. Audit results generated by the Service are provided for your internal use only and may not be resold or redistributed as a standalone service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GeoCheckr and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service provides automated audit scores and recommendations. These are estimates based on publicly available data and should not be relied upon as definitive measurements. We make no guarantees about improvements in search rankings, AI citation rates, or traffic resulting from following our recommendations.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GeoCheckr and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for conduct that we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. Paid subscribers terminated for cause will not receive refunds.
These terms are governed by the laws of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts in China.
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
